Most experts believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day so whether you reside in Summit County full time, part time, or are in town as a visitor why not start your day right by getting breakfast at one of our local eateries!

I’ve highlighted my favorite full service and grab and go breakfast spots throughout the county below. I consider both Frisco and Silverthorne the the places to go for Breakfast, with the most options and most tasty options if you ask me. ENJOY!

Full Service Breakfast

Breckenridge - BoLD, 505 S Main Street #B1

Offering an elevated traditional full breakfast menu. I highly recommend trying one of their eggs Benedict options.

Copper - Toast & Co, 0172 Copper Rd

More than a place to get some fancy toast. From the classics to sandwiches, acai bowls, and eggs Benedict to name a few.

Dillon

For many more options VERY close to Dillon see Silverthorne. Silverthorne and Dillon share a boundary (many locals don't yet know where one town ends and one begins) and the best nearby options for breakfast!

Dillon (BRUNCH only) - Bistro North, 270 Dillon Ridge Rd

Saturday 11a-2p and Sunday 10a-2p

Normally just open for Lunch and Dinner, Bistro North definitely knows how to throw down on an elevated brunch menu as well. Along with the quality comes higher prices as well, but their benedicts and bread pudding french toast are both near perfection.

Dillon, (BRUNCH menu, M-F 10a-2p, Sa & Su 9a-2p) - Sabor Mazatlan, 324 Dillon Ridge Way

Exactly what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant's brunch menu. I truly think they should stand out more for their brunch menu than they do. I don't know why it isn't rated better on the Google. I'm a pretty darn good cook myself, therefore a picky when it comes to paying the price to eat at restaurants. My experiences have always been as expected, or even better than expected.

Frisco - Butterhorn Bakery & Cafe, 408 Main Street

Fresh made bagels, biscuits, breads, and croissants make these breakfast offerings simply to die for!

Frisco - Bread and Salt, 401 E Main St

The challah Fresh Toast with a side of crispy bacon is my go to here. They also make delightful Benedicts creative breakfast sandwiches, hash, scrambles, and have several amazing southwestern inspired options as well.

Keystone - Keystone - Inxpot, 195 River Run Road #B9

It always amazes me the quality and quantity of food they can push out of their tiny kitchen. Cold and hot breakfast options available to eat in or to go. I’m a sucker for their homemade quiche of the day.

Silverthorne - Mountain Lyon Cafe, 122 10th Street

My favorite Summit area greasy spoon. Offering an extensive breakfast menu and house made hot sauces and chilis. Huevos rancheros and the breakfast burrito sauced up "Christmas style" (1/2 red chili and 1/2 green chili) are two of my go to menu items. You do have to order at the counter here, but after that everything comes to you at your table, including bottomless coffee refills.

Silverthorne - Kucu Tequilia Bistro, 375 Blue River Parkway

Kucu serves up high quality cuisine. Their southwestern inspired menu is flavor filled and simply to die for. They also offer up several very traditional American breakfast options for those with a less sophisticated pallet.

Grab and Go Breakfast (you can also dine if you'd rather)

Breckenridge - BreckFast, 500 S Main Street STE 1R

Appropriately named, offering up an assortment of quick and delicious sandwiches, burritos, and melts. Sit down service and menu also available.

Copper - Camp Hale Outfitters, Center Village

Mountainside counter serve preparing coffee & light American fare such as pastries, wraps, juices, & enormous breakfast burritos.

Dillon - Cofa Coffee, 40 Cove Blvd

Conveniently located off of Swan Mountain Road between Keystone and Dillon at the entrance to the neighborhood called Summit Cove. Menu available online, so feel free to call ahead. Bagel sandwiches, burritos, bowls, oats, crafted coffees, smoothies, and more.

Frisco - The Breakfast Deli, 275 Main Street (Same location as Deli Belly’s)

Their assorted menu of breakfast burritos is my go to, but they also offer fresh bakes muffins and cinnamon rolls, loaded croissants, sausage rolls, yogurt parfaits, and non-alcoholic breakfast beverages.

Keystone - Steep Brewing & Coffee CO, 2 Locations: Gateway Complex and River Run Village

Burritos, Bagels, Sticky buns, Scones, Avocado Toasts, Muffins & More!

Silverthorne - Blue Moon Cafe, 253 Summit Place

You can’t go wrong with the Blue Moon Special, a breakfast sandwich served with your choice of meat tomato, or avocado on a fresh baked english muffin. Also offering fresh baked bagels, muffins, scones, rolls, and too many other sweet treats to list. If a burrito or plated breakfast is more your style they have that too! Call ahead and it will be ready when you arrive!

I couldn't decide, so I just had to add a couple more Grab N Go Breakfast options in Silverthorne!

Silverthorne - Enza’s Delicatessen Market, 358 Blue River Parkway, Unit A

A high-end true Italian delicatessen with a modern twist. Conveniently located in Silverthorne on the Blue River & bike path steps away from the Silverthorne Pavilion. Breakfast served daily from 7a-11:30a offering specialty crepes, breakfast bowls, and creative made to order breakfast sandwiches, specialty pastries, egg bakes, treats and so many more delicious Grab ‘n Go items!

Silverthorne - House of Vibes, 191 Blue River Parkway

Made to order home made biscuit breakfast sandwiches. panini's, avocado toast, and sweat treats. Gluten free? no problem! Get your sammy on a GF english muffin instead!
