Silverthorne, Colorado has many great options for getting a light or heavy, casual or more upscale dinner. Listed in order starting with more elevated down to most casual.

Summit County is a pretty casual area, so even the restaurants with nicer decor and elevated dishes don't have dress codes, nor will you be looked at funny by anyone anywhere if you walk in wearing shorts and flip flops or ski pants and boots for that matter. Sauce on the Blue

Self proclaimed unpretentious Italian eatery, and I couldn't agree more! A mix of classic Italian dishes, rustic entrees, pizzas, and more contemporary options as well all served up in a lovely environment including a full bar and patio situated alongside the Blue River. A lovely place for date night, or to have a nice dinner with your family or group of people because this menu is not only divine, but it has something for everyone and many of the dishes are designed to be easily shared!

Kucu Tequila Bistro

A well thought out southwestern inspired restaurant in a trendy well decorated comfortable setting! We love Kucu! It's slightly different than other southwestern restaurants than we have been to in a very good way. Service is always incredible and food consistently fresh and delicious. Open for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one of the best happy hours around, especially if you're into fresh squeezed margaritas!

Eclectic Bar and Grill

This is one of those places where the building's exterior doesn't exactly match the thoughtfully crafted menu and quality of food. Don't let that turn you off. They named their restaurant Eclectic for a reason. Formally an Irish bar that was less than lack luster, has been fully updated inside and offers an insanely large outdoor courtyard for dining probably tripling their seating capacity in summer. Their menu is filled with delicious staples as well as several rotating options. The flavors are exciting and everything always tastes fresh and vibrant! We love dining at Eclectic!

Bluebird Marketplace

The Bluebird Marketplace is a food-hall style marketplace with stalls housing different counter service restaurants. A full bar is located centrally in the service area and the ample amount of seating shared between vendors making it perfect for larger groups, picky eaters, and people with food allergies or sensitivities. Restaurants serve up a variety of cuisines from tacos and empanadas to pizzas, fried chicken, burgers, asian themed bowls, ice cream and more! Rumor has it a restaurant offering up BBQ is coming soon!

GiGi's Betchin Chick-N

Formally operating out of a food truck these local owners opened up a brick mortar location just in time for summer 2025. Home to a casual family friendly environment and some allegedly to-die-for fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, wings, and entrees including chicken and waffles, and buckets and platters accompanied with soulful sides like mac and cheese, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes & gravy, and fries. I have to admit that I try to stay away from fried food, so I haven't yet tried it myself, but hope to go get a taste sometime soon.

Mercado La Perla

A hidden gem, tucked inside a latino market this Mexican food counter is as casual as it gets and hard to beat as far as price, portion, and authentic flavor is concerned. Tacos, burritos, flautas, tortas, tostadas, and more! I always have a hard time choosing between their almost famous barbacoa, carne asada, or chicken served up in a smothered burrito. I'd also highly suggest getting an order of their rice and beans for your group to share! There are a handful of tables both inside and out or order your food to-go! DON'T FORGET to visit the fresh salsa and fixings bar before you find a table to dine at or depart with your take-out food.
