After a long day recreating on the slopes or in and around the mountains it's probably a good idea to take some time out of the sunshine and elements to do something fun indoors.

There are many bars and restaurants that host happy hour…. in a ski town happy hour is often referred to as Après. This is a great time to relax after a long day on the slopes. Most of the time those enjoying Après are still wearing some or all of their ski / snowboard gear. Après is even more popular on days when the sun is shining and outdoor seating is comfortable. There are many places throughout Breck that offer Après food and drink options, but I tend to like to stick around the base of the mountain. Some of my Breck favorites include:
